Our aim is to bake the most delicious breads using traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients. Our organic flour is supplied by Shipton Mill in Tetbury. 80% of our breads are now certified organic by the Soil Association.
Our white, wholemeal and speciality sourdoughs are produced using organic flour and no other unnecessary ingredients – just water and salt. The slow fermentation process ensures a delicious, traditional flavour, full of character.
