Experienced Speciality Baker: Full-time position

In the new year we are expanding our opening hours and opening a new site so will be looking for a talented
and experienced baker to join our team.


Do you have the following experiences and qualities?
• At least 2 years previous baking experience having recently worked in an environment making slow
fermented sourdough breads
• Passionate about baking specialist breads and keen to develop skills
• Scaling, mixing and shaping dough by hand
• New product development and a good creative attitude
• Desire to grow and adapt within a new start-up business
• Hard working and friendly with great communication skills
• A strong team player with a positive attitude to problem solving
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Good organisational skills

There are no overnight bakes and shifts will vary between an early start (4am) and later start (6am) shift patterns. There will be some weekend work, but not every weekend as we
believe in a healthy work/life balance. The positions are paid hourly at a good rate, depending on the
experience you bring. 

Trainee Cake/Pastry Chef: Full-time position

We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic trainee cake and pastry chef to bring talent and enthusiasm to our bakery.


We are very proud of our baking and are looking to expand our family of like-minded individuals. We aren’t necessarily looking for someone who has all of the experience in the world, but rather someone who has huge amounts of drive and personality, who wants to learn, be creative and develop their talent into a real passion for their craft.

• A passion for creating beautiful cakes & pastries
• A desire to learn new skills on the job whilst developing your own unique style
• A wish to develop a creative attitude
